Suggest Treatment For Nausea , Headache And Vomiting

Felt fine then started feeling nauseous and I vomited,light headed, cold sweat.after started to feel tingling on the hand and feet, and neck and lower face,felt like fainting and white dot in my vision.also shortness of breath throbbing headache I lay down feel better. But I still feel nauseous,tired.i think a I have stomach flue.

Looking at your short description it will not be so easy for you to tell you conclusively

To guide you better i would like further information like
Your age and relevant medical history like diabetes or thyroid disorder
since how long you have this problem?
Have you seen any doctor or ordered for any investigation please upload me the reports

In my opinion you should take acetaminophen for throbbing headache and anti acidity with anti emetic drug for vomiting nausea and intestinal upset.

If it's a long standing problem than you must see your doctor because I can't physically examine you to get more clues
