Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Migraine And Vomiting

ihave been nauseous for 3 weeks. started having migraines with vomiting last night. imatrex injection didn t work. my neck and shoulders are stiff light sensitive. no fevers. gallbladder removed but am sore in that area. I have had silent migraines before but not like this.
