Dear- thanks for using our service and will give you my medical advise. You might be having acid reflux that produces nausea and burning in the stomach, mostly when empty. You might be having an increased bowel movement due to a food intolerance, as lactose or gluten. The best way to find out is to have a complete checkup and explain all the details to your doctor. Try to identify any food or drink that gives you the symptoms.
I hope that my medical advise has been helpful
