Suggest Treatment For Nausea , Vomiting And Headache
Hi I m a 20 year old female 125 lbs and everytime I workout (mainly boxing, high intensity cardio/lifting) I get very nauseous and have to throw up. My head hurts. I feel like I drink enough so I don t think I m dehydrated. I have a history of seizures.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted that you are a female of 20 weighing 125 lbs and getting nausea, vomiting and headache particularly on doing workout like boxing and high intensity cardio and lifting. Since you have a history of seizures and have these symptoms as you have mentioned, there is a possibility that you have an intra-cranial problems like inflammation, tumor or so. I would advise in such a situation the following: stop rigorous exercises as you have mentioned above. Get an MRI of the brain and see if there is a tumor or any other condition of the brain. EEG and an opinion of a Neurologist or Neuro-Surgeon, further investigations and further management as per the cause found.
