Suggest Treatment For Nausea , Vomiting And Severe Headache

I have a 46 year old male friend that has been ill for a week now with fevers as high as 104.3, nausea, vomiting and severe headaches. He is always outdoors and in and around lakes. Doctors say lab work isn t abnormal, tick panel clear, so they believe it s viral. Could this be something more serious? He isn t sleeping well due to headaches and is definitely not himself. I am concerned!
