Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Heavy Burping

My husband is 52 years old and has been sick for 13 days. Symptoms have been nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, burping, bloated/full stomach, he has been hospitalized for 5 days. They cant figure it out. Has had endoscopy and colonoscopy, also stool cultures are negative for food poisoning or c-diff. Bloodwork is fine, gall bladder is fine. any ideas?

Dear- thanks for using our service. If your husband has been with nausea,diarrhea ,burping and bloating, it could be related to an acute viral gastroenteritis,which it is very hard to isolate the organism. Other possibilities can be colitis and irritable bowel syndrome, specially if he is stressed out.
Sometimes,gluten sensitivity and lactose intolerance can give these symptoms too.
