Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Nausea seems to be a side effect of antibiotic Cephalexin that you are taking. It is a common side-effect of a number of antibiotics. This is because the antibiotics can disturbed the normal functioning of the digestive tract as it can damage the good bacteria of digestive tract along with the harmful ones. Disturbed digestive function can cause nausea and at times indigestion, hyperacidity etc. So for now till you are on antibiotics you can take Pantoprazole empty stomach in the morning. Also take Ondensarton for nausea. Take light small meals and drink plenty of fluids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
