What test did you for H.pylori? did you get an eradication therapy and do a follow up visit>?

Urea breath test for H.pylori, HbA1c for blood glucose, fasting blood glucose,
stool test, Complete blood cell count and visit a gastroenterologist with the results
-warm water intake
- less salt and spices intake
- take 3 spoon olive oil when you wake up
-"fresh oranges" and pear
- AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza) altogether
- include fiber rich food in your diet
- for
bloating , you may use
simethicone tablets
- do NOT eat mouth-full (stomach full)
- chew food well whilst lips zipped so air does NOT enter while chewing food
