Respected user, hi I evaluated your query very thoroughly.
*Most important thing lacking here is her LMP ( last menstrual period ) date
for clinical correlation of
pregnancy.
*In absence of that I will comment that there are all 50-50% chances of
being
vomiting related to gastric upset or pregnancy.
*
Diarrhoea is related to
gastrointestinal infection due to any bacterial
invasion.
*Take more extra precautions as follows :
- do urinary pregnancy test & get results for pregnancy confirmation.
- give more liquids - preferably boiled water, coconut water, home made
juices , green tea, coffee, butter milk etc.
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages .
- avoid
smoking / alcohol if consuming
- take light diet & frequent small amounts of food at intervals.
- in our clinic we recommend , antacids , anti-emetics, gi specific antibiotics,
Lactobacillus containing Pre-pro biotics after clinical evaluation of the
patient thoroughly.
- maintain her BP , Blood sugar levels.
- avoid exposure to heat
Hope this clears your query.
