Suggest Treatment For Nausea, diarrhea And Stomach Pain

Hello doctor, my girlfriend has been feeling nauseas for what she said is 3 days now(including today). Yesterday, her and I went to a fair and it was around 90 degrees out and we were out for 90+ minutes in this heat. We didn t have a drink or anything and she said she had been out in the sun the day proir to that. When we got to a frozen yogurt shop she quickly had to use the bathroom and said she thinks it s diarreah. As she was hurrying to the car she felt like throwing up and was heaving. This morning when she woke up she had been feeling sick in her stomach and felt like vomiting. But after I gave her some power ade and a wet wash clothe for the back of her next she felt well within 5 minutes. This was around noon. It is now 8:45 and she said she is feeling Nauseas again and does not want to move. We are sexually active but she is on birth control because it helps regulate her period. Her being pregnant popped in both of our heads. We use protection but also sometime don t, I believe I pull out but I am scared maybe some was left. I am terrified because both mine and her parents warned us about this. Is there any ways I am blowing this out of proportion? Like could she just being feeling upset or having heat exhaustion? Or may she be pregnant? The only signs I see is that her stomach is aching and she has the feeling of throwing up. She has not felt like having to use the bathroom since last night. Please! Your help is much needed and much appreciated!

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query very thoroughly.
*Most important thing lacking here is her LMP ( last menstrual period ) date
for clinical correlation of pregnancy.
*In absence of that I will comment that there are all 50-50% chances of
being vomiting related to gastric upset or pregnancy.
*Diarrhoea is related to gastrointestinal infection due to any bacterial
invasion.
*Take more extra precautions as follows :
- do urinary pregnancy test & get results for pregnancy confirmation.
- give more liquids - preferably boiled water, coconut water, home made
juices , green tea, coffee, butter milk etc.
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages .
- avoid smoking / alcohol if consuming
- take light diet & frequent small amounts of food at intervals.
- in our clinic we recommend , antacids , anti-emetics, gi specific antibiotics,
Lactobacillus containing Pre-pro biotics after clinical evaluation of the
patient thoroughly.
- maintain her BP , Blood sugar levels.
- avoid exposure to heat
Hope this clears your query.
