Suggest Treatment For Nausea,dizziness And Vertigo

I am a 28 year old male & recently I ve been experiencing nausea caused by diziness almost every time I stand up. I have been sleeping a lot the past two days due to this and lack of energy & this morning it felt as if the room was spinning. I also have had a headache that comes & goes. It doesn t seem like I have a fever.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to benign paroxysmal vertigo. It is an issue of the middle ear. I suggest using Betahistine hydrochloride three times a day. I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.
