Suggest Treatment For Nausea, jaundice And Fluid Retention In Abdomen

I am 29 year old female. I weight 115 lbs and 5'6. I have kidney pain in front and back, getting up to pee at night, burning and pain in my bladder. I have been treated for this and for bv by my obgyn for the last couple years. The last time I took antibiotics for this was october 2010. The antibiotics make me very sick and never get rid of either bacterial infection. I took clindamycin which i had a serious side effect from (Hearburn) that I still have 1 year later. I also have nausea, dizzyness, pressure in chest and neck, joint pain slight jaundice and fluid in my stomach/legs. I quit seeing my doctor because he just wouldn't do anything. I don't know if the bacteria have became resistant or what is happening. I just know I am very sick and weak all the time.

1) you might have Urinary tract infection prolonged duration. This infection not responsive to treatment. As per your medicine, you might also have fungal infection in urine
2) do you have diarrhea or abnormal foul smelling discharge with urine?
3) prolonged urinary infection, overall weakness, foul smelling discharge with urine might be due to Crohn's diseases.
4) Crohn's disease is inflammatory disease mainly affect small bowel and require particular treatment to stop progression. without treatment this disease expand to full thickness of small intestine and produce inflammatory reaction to near by organs (in females, uterus and cerivx is most common nearby organs)
5) once inflammation to nearby organ is so severe that it develop abnormal communication between that organ and diseased part of intestine (fistula). Through fistula, intestinal bacterial migrate to urogenital tract and from there may ascend into urinary tract to cause urinary tract infection
6) first of all you need throughout investigations to confirm this disease if so then appropriate treatment should be started. (CT scan abdomen, colonoscopy)
