I ve been experiencing blood in my urine Off and on for over a year. It s become constant this past month. I have a dull pain in my lower back. Achy all over and it s chronic. I m always tired and never seem to get enough sleep. I m a 48 year old female. I haven t menstrated for 5 months. I have chronic neck pain and head aches. I have 5 kids ages 16-9. Weight loss. I almost went through a divorce in 2015 with custody dispute. Very stressful. I m not sure if this is just menopause or perhaps ptsd from a very stressful almost divorce and then a reconciliation I wasn t ready for. Or maybe it s a genuine physical ailment. Cancer runs in my family both paternal and maternal.
The first thing you should do would be to clear up the cause for that blood in the urine. If an infection it may explain all your symptoms. A tumor should also be excluded (unlikely to be malignant since it's been going on for a year). If such issues are excluded, or they are treated and the achiness persists then other possibilities would include connective tissue disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia or even depression. So you should contact your doctor as several tests are needed for the above possibilities.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
