Suggest Treatment For Neuropathy In Legs

I have pneuropathy in both my legs. Is there anything to help with the pain and numbness? This was caused by using a statin (Zocor). I HAVE TO use a walker or have someone help me in and out of the house. I feel left out of everything. Thank you for any help.

Hello. Unfortunately this is one of the side effects of this drug. You should have a nerve conduction study to evaluate the degree of damage. At this point you should use amitryptilline for nerve repair and gabapentine to recover from the symptoms.
