Hi
Thank you for trusting HCM
I read your query and understand your concern
I carefully read about your symptoms and it seems you are suffering from lumbar discopathy
I would reccomed to schedule a neurological exam which will verify my doubts and then you can start treatment with lumbar fortress and pain killers
Fever probably isn't related with lumbar pain and headache can be caused by fever
You should take paracetamol to dominate it and diet full of juice and liquids
Wish you good health and fast recovery
Hope my answer had helped you
Don't hesitate to contact me for further information or clarification
