I am Mukesh Kumar Gupta residing at Sambalpur in Orissa. My weight is about 66kg, age 23years and height 5.4ft. I have been facing the problems for 10years. I have taken many treatment(Ayurvedic, allopathic and Homeopathic) but did not get any kind of relief till now. I am stating my problem below:



1. Masturbation since 10 years

2. Night fall since 10 years(weekly 4 to 5 days)

3. Liquidation of semen

4. Weakness in penis, it does not erect properly, its size is short

5. No exitement and feeling of sex

6.Severe weakness and pain in body(24 hours), joint pain, inflammation in eyes, lazyness, etc

7. Spinning and dizziness of head(24 hours)

8. Tiredness, strain and lack of energy.

9.Night fall, Nocturnal emission, Wet dreams

10.Erectile dysfunction, weak erection, No strength in penis, lifeless penis, Have strong desire to have sex but penis do not erect.

11.Leaking of penis

12.Premature ejaculation, Fast ejaculation, ejaculation while watching half nude female

13.Passing of semen throughout the day as penis is leaking.
