Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats And Weight Loss While Having SLE

hi For over 12 months I have had night sweats, considerable weight loss, tiredness, a cough. I have SLE, (for around 28 years). I have had x-rays, CT scans and endless tests, no malignant growths found. I am concerned as #I still have symptoms and feel very poorly.

I would suggest you look for tuberculosis. you need a sputum sampling, look for lymph nodes and do a bone marrow aspiration and culture. If inconclusive do a liver biopsy.

you have to rule out TB or malignancy
if both ruleout, then Vitamin D, Hydroxychloroquinine and folic acid should be taken
and see a rheumatologist as soon as possible

Just add hydroxychlotoquinine in you r treatment
And do aerobic exercises
If not better, see your rheumatology phycisian
