Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats, Headache And Fatigue

I felt dizzy week sweating and vomited about a table spoon but when I went to the wash room there was no vomit but week when i stepped to my car in the cold things got better the Dr. checked me the pressure was 124 and the ecg was good can you explain what happened .I am now normal and eating good.Dr. told to get to the hospital when I get it again.
