Suggest Treatment For Nonproductive Cough
Hello, how are you? I d like to ask you something, I ve had this dry cough since Thursday, I started cleaning my garage and I inhaled a lot of dust, since then I ve been having a nonproductive dry cough, I feel horrible, it is so upsetting, sometimes I think my lungs are going to come out of my chest, my head is about to explode, I have a terrible headache due to severe cough. I ve taken NyQuil, DayQuil, and Mucinex DM, nothing is helping. I don t have a fever, or sore throat, just the irritating cough, please help, thank you, Michelle

Well come to HCM
This could be due to allergic reaction, most of the time this is self limiting if the symptoms persist for more than week then it is better to have long acting antihistamine to get rid of this and best choice of drug would be "Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
