Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding In A Heart Patient

My dad has had four open heart surgery to replace valves and two pace makers out in. He currently has two metal heart valves, the aortic valve and mitral valve and has constant nose bleeds daily. And he takes Coumadin. What can be done to stop his nose bleeds?

Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that nasal bleeding may be due to the over use of Coumadin.

For your kind information --->Coumadin (warfarin) is an anticoagulant and reduces the formation of blood clots. It increases your risk of bleeding, which can be severe or life-threatening. Perform regular monitoring of INR and careful dose adjustment to desired INR.

Thanks
