Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding

I have type 2 diabetes and get frequent nose bleeds through the right nostril only with no symptoms or warnings before or after and I want to know could this be related to my illness? Running out my nose like water. I thought this was a free service sorry

hello, thanks for your query, idiopathic ( no cause ) bleeding can be there in some persons. plz do some investigations related to to some bleeding disorders, for that u need to visit an ent surgeon.mean time u can put xylomist nasal drops 3 drops/3 times/1wk. in persistent cases u may require electro cautery. all the best. take care.
