Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeds
my hands will turn black or dark blue and get really cold. some times my hands start to tremble . when the turn colors I cant hold on to anything. It also sometime happens to my leg and I wont be able to walk. On a different not I have like any where from 7 - 15 nose bleeds a day and wont stop for like 30-45 min. I am in color guard so I have to run and hold and spin flags so need to know kind of quick what possibility s it could be and what would fix it

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of nose bleeds can occur due to causes like Traumatic injury, vigorous sniffing, nose picking habit causing trauma to small blood vessels, nasal irritation due to repeated cold and sinus infection, while other medical conditions like high blood pressure and blood thinning medicines can also cause nasal bleeding. In case if the bleeding has not ceased you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical examination and nasal endoscopy . In case if there s any ruptured vessel that is bleeding electrocautary can be done to cease bleeding. Nasal packs can be given for 2 to 3 days to cease bleeding and avoid excess sniffing or picking the nose. Lean forwards while the nose is bleeding to prevent aspiration of blood in wind pipe and also swallowing can cause vomiting. Pinching nostril for ten minutes can cease bleeding.
