Suggest Treatment For Nose Injury

I fell while intoxicated last weekend and I fell into a bathroom door and injured my nose really bad it got some scratches and swelling and a lot of pain well a week later the scratches are gone but now it s still swollen and in pain really bad I can t smile sneeze or cry barely chew anything without my nose hurting it s making my top lip swell up every time it gets bumped or touched does this mean it is broken or just a fracture?

hello,thanks for your query, i think you have injured septum(hematoma) going for septal abscess(pus). requires pus drainage and antibiotics. visit an ent surgeon for evaluation and treatment. hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
