Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Pain In Buttocks After Injury

I fell flat on my back onto concrete about 7 months ago. Since then, I have had Radio Frequency done on both sides at L4,5 S1,2. I have numbness and pain in buttock, thigh, upper leg, and foot on the left side.I am also under the care of Urologist, becaue of so much urine retention. He seems to think my back is causing this. Now I hurt abov e those areas and in the front of my legs when I walk. The pain is really bad. What might think this is. Thank You
