Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Pain In The Arm When Diagnosed With Tennis Elbow
My neck has been numb, and I have severe pain in my arm, and sometimes my fingers arm numb sometimes too....and I don’t have the strength that I used to have in my hands. I have had this problem for quite a while, my doctor said tennis elbow.....but it keeps getting worse, I don’t have a job at the moment, so I can’t go to the doctor, I take different pain medicine, but it only eases up lightly.... .the pain is just killing me...is there anything I can do to ease the pain, I mean its 24 hours a day... . Thank you so much. Mike
I don't think you will have tennis elbow. I think it will be a nerve impingement in the cervical spine. First foremost use hot water fermentation and a soft cervical collar. Post which once the pain level drops to 5-6 in visual analog pain scale of 0-10 then start static neck exercises and upper limb exercise.
In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases of Similar complains have been diagnosed with nerve root impingement and responds well to the above-mentioned plan.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
