Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Swelling Of Face After Assault

have been assaulted within the past 7 days multiple blows to the right hand side of my face lot off swelling numb around the right hand side of my nose and upper jaw cant bite down on anything unless it is soft when i eat terrible pain around my right eye socket

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the numbness difficulty in biting or occluding your teeth could be because of the fractured maxillary or mandibular bone. the numbness occurs following injury or pressure over the nerve by the fractured bone or tear in the nerve can also can cause numbness. consult your oral physician and take radiographs like OPG and PNS view to rule out fractures and treat accordingly. i hope my answer will help you take care.
