Hello,

You are advised not to watch porn and try to self-discipline yourself. Watching porn will lead to aggressive, prolonged sex, or rough, prolonged masturbation. Excessive sex and masturbation will cause you to get stressed up and weak. Do not use sex toys or recreational drugs. Certain recreational drugs, especially stimulants, can lead to temporary numbness or shrinkage of the penis.

Numbness may be caused due to a diet lacking in essential nutrients. Take homemade food rich in minerals and protein. To maintain good penile health, you are advised to take foods rich in antioxidants and vitamins. You can take Sildenafil, it is quite effective and manages ED. Quit smoking. Tobacco smoking can lead to constriction of blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the penis, hence a poor erection or numbness.

Do not watch pornography, visual seduction leads to premature ejaculation and poor erection. Pornography is not only addictive but affects relationships as men who watch porn need more graphic content to get aroused. They are not satisfied with their sexual life as they may want their partner to act like a porn star. Thus, healthy and intimate sex life gets affected.

Switch to a healthy lifestyle. The problem that you are experiencing should get resolved. If your symptoms are persistent, get clinically examined by a Urologist. Get required tests and investigations done. You may be referred to a neurologist to manage nerve problems. You will be given conservative treatment and physical therapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
