I was in a car Accident 6 days ago and my initial doctor appointment I don't think went so well.
I had described my conditions to him and concerns and all he had to say is that it was normal to feel like this.
I have a stiff and sore neck along with sore back as I turn my head. if I'm up and about for more than four hours I have felt sick/lightheaded. Also my jaw on left is still sensitive and hurts when I touch it, my upper arms feel almost useless like lack of energy and generally tired and find myself dozing off regularly throughout the day. Also received a laceration on top left side of my head and have been experiencing head aches.
I guess my concerns are do I need to worry about my well being or is time going to take care of what I'm feeling? should I be going back to work this coming week?(I am in construction in a fairly physically demanding trade) Is there treatment that I should I try? chiropractor and/or physio
