6 month crystal meth use - shaking it - very difficult - male - numbness and cold left side extremities especially middle finger and big toe - inflamed varicocele in left testicle with pelvic venous congestion and enlarged prostate - gas on left side lower abdomen - bowels inflamed. - haven't used in 48 hours symptoms beginning to clear but pelvic vein constriction and inflammation still quite problematic. Several larger issues.
First, of course, there is the addiction issue. Taking something when it is obviously bad for oneself is the key definition of addiction.
Then, amphetamine has effects on blood vessels and constricts them. This causes the symptoms described. It is odd that it is one sided, but this happens. It could be due to the meth in the context of having congenitally odd vessels. The congenitally odd vessesl by themselves are harmless but I do not think that is the case in this cotext where the lack of blood flow seems to be producing alarming consequences.
