Firstly, you should start to incorporate exercise in your daily life. Find friends with whom you can do these exercises with, so you have someone to speak to, and you can encourage each other. Find another person going through the same challenge and work together. Find a fun exercise to do. Maybe running is not the first way to start. The beggining is the hardest, but the most important.
Change the way you think. Dont feel helpless. Believe you can overcome this. Change your lifestyle, dont eat while you watch tv. Eat smaller portions.
Of course there are the options of
Bariatric surgery (where the surgeons make your stomach smaller). But of course this is never the best treatment, as you can still gain the weight back if you dont treat the cause, which is your lifestyle habits. Eating habits plus exercise habits.
Dont think of exercise as evil. You must find something that makes it fun for you. so you will keep doing the exercise, and not get bored of it. Going hiking can be a great exercise way. Also biking. Start by hiking small altitudes, and going biking around the city, and gradually do tougher and tougher trips.
Feel confident. that you can do this. And you will.
