hi im nilesh.my relative is suffuring from obstructive jaundice. he is admitted in pune. doctor has told he is counting his last days.there is too much imfflamation (sujan) in the liver due to which he cannot swallow anything. whatever is taken earlier is blocked in the liver which has already pressurised his kideny. kideny is not functioning properly. The wastage is not coming out of his body. blood circulation is also dull. he can eat hardly a glass or two of water/ coconut water/milk/juce which is insufficient for his health.
please somebody give me proper suggesion about the matter. i'll be very much thakful if somebody helps me. my no. 0000.

He should do CT scan adn ERCP to see what is the exact cause of obstructive jaundice and then it can be treated properly if this is gallbaldder stone then it may be cured with ercp or surgery but if this is cancer then more modality treatment is required. Inflammation would not cause obstructive jaundice, there must be a more specific cause of this. Wish you good health. Regards
