Suggest Treatment For Oesophageal Burning Sensation

I have had a burning sensation in my oesophagus area for a while now. I used to force out some vomit occasionally which contained black spots of varying sizes and recently when I forced out vomit I got pink stuff with some red spots. I was wondering do I really have an infection or abrasion of some sort on my oesophagus? PS: I used to smoke bongs a lot, I stopped since a while though.

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Oesophageal burning sensation is due to reflux of acid from stomach, black
spots with pink stuffs is due to wall erosion through harsh efforts , at
times other underlying pathology also.
*Follow certain steps as under for better recovery :
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / cheese / pastas / beverages / excess
ghee / sugars
- have light diet , small amounts at intervals.
- avoid prolonged fasting / overeating
- avoid sleeping for atleast 2 hours after lunch / dinner
- fix timing of breakfast , lunch , dinner till possible
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any other abuse substances if used.
- avoid stress / anxiety
- keep ambulatory
- do regular walking in fresh air with exercises & YOGA at home
- have sound adequate sleep of 8 hours
- keep head end of the sleeping bed elevated for atleast 30 degree so that
there are least chances of acid reflux in night.
- in our clinic we recommend to take Proton pump inhibitor with anti-emetic
molecule before 1 hour of lunch / dinner with antacid syrups for 7 - 10
days period with regular follow up . If needed we go for Upper GI
endoscopy , Sputum examination , X-Ray chest , Complete blood counts
in selected cases.
