Suggest Treatment For Oily Scalp

Hi, I am Parveen. I have extremely oily scalp. I guess it is due to overactive sebaceous glands...I have tried several shampoos prescribed by dermatologists but no desired result up to now. Please advise if there is any medicine that I can take. Thank you.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to Seborrheic dermatitis. Using selenium sulfide or salicylic acid shampoos will be helpful for this. You can also apply aloe vera which is a natural remedy for oily scalp. Corticosteroid creams or lotions also is advised if above remedies are not working.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
