Suggest Treatment For Open And Sore Pores In Arm Pit

Hi i have open and wide pores in the cornor of my arm pit that are red and sore and feels hard under the skin, it is not painfull but it becomes in flamed and more agressive looking from time to time i've not done anything about it but i have had it for quite a few years, i also suffered alot with bad skin problems on my face and neck that i still have in my 30's.
