Suggest Treatment For Open Sores On Face

Hi my nephew has several open sores on his face...started with a sore inside his his nostril, resembled a blister. Has spread to his face. He said dog scratched him on face after blister appeared, sores are open and look like he scraped his face on concrete

As per your case your nephew is having impetigo.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
