Suggest Treatment For Osteoarthritis In The Knee
i do have osteoarthritis on both my knees, more on my left. I started taking Cartigen Plus 750 X 2 a day. Will this be beneficial. How long have i to take. Or else could you recommend whether SWISSE or BLACKMORE would be better. These are not available in sri lanka, but will have to purchase on line which takes time. Pl. advise me. Rgds! Shivanthi

The cartigen plus are food supplements and has to be taken for 2-3 months.They are better than swisse.Beside cartgen I would recommend regular knee exercises,weight reduction,swimming.
