Suggest Treatment For Pain And Abscess In The Groin Area

Hi, I have a abscess in my Urinary place. Could you please recommend some home treatment. I am having pain now and it is in light redcolor. Please suggest me the next step to cure this. 2 years back I got this, since then I am getting every year. Please do give me the permanent solution for this.

Hello
If you have an abscess you have to drain it out. There is no other treatment for this. If it is big enough, then you must visit a surgeon immediately. If the size is smaller, like the size of a pea or a boil; you may try to drain it with hot boric compress in strict aseptic condition. Start an antibiotic coverage like Tab. Augmentin duo (1gm) twice daily for 5 days along with a pain killer like Tab. Hifenac- P 1 tab twice daily after meal for 3 days and a PPI like Tab. Pan 40 - 1 tab once daily before breakfast for 5 days. Maintain good hygine.
