Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bleeding During Bowel Movements

My daughter has been bleeding during her bowel movements ever day since last year but it stopped then started again this february And she experiences pain and diarrhea. Lately it went form being drops of blood in toilet paper to the whole toilet water being all bloody. What could possibly be happening? shes 14.
