Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bruise On The Left Foot

A horse stepped on the outside of my right foot about a month ago. After I got stepped on, my foot was a little bruised and it hurt to touch it. Since then, whenever I put pressure on where the bruise used to be, it is still a little painful. What could cause this?

Thanks for your query.

This may be due to some soft tissue damage.
Try your pain with ice therapy. If there is swelling apply some analgesic ointments. If still pain continues take an X-ray and visit a physiotherapist.
