Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bruising In Knee After A Fall

My boyfriend s knee is really sore he fell off his bmx and had banged his knee severely he said its painful to touch and he can hardly attempt to climb up the stairs its bruised and cut is there any way possible to heal his knee so I can help him out.

Hello,

As he had a fall direct impact over the knee, there will be pain and swelling. Since you will be adviced to take at least an x-ray for the safe side if any bony injuries are present shouldn't be ignored. For now, you can do icing and knee brace. This will help reduce pain and swelling. May be you can get it physically examined once.
