Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bruising On Knee After A Fall
I fell directly on my knee cap onto rocks hidden in sand at my local beach..initially had bruising..but one week on still in a lot of pain when ever i walk..also very sore to touch..what could be the problem..i can weight bare but uncomfortable thanks

As you described you may have undisplaced patella fracture.so you should go for orthopaedic surgeon for xray.u also told that you can wear weight but uncomfortable.your clinician will do clinical examination of knee joint and can tell you about any ligament injury but it should be rare because you don't have much swelling and instability.for now just do ice fomentation and take pain killer and must go to clinician
