Suggest Treatment For Pain And Bump In Foot After Wearing Tight Shoes

the shoes that I wear to work have been a little too tight, causing some pain. I overlooked this problem, and now see that I have a growth on the large toe of my right foot. It looks like it is inflated, like a small air bubble. Can I treat this on my own? I cannot afford to see a doctor.

hi. i have read your question and understand your concern.

shoe bites are common problem. they are caused by constant friction so the first thing you need to understand is to avoid any further use of such footwears.

once you stop using tight footwears these will go on their own in about a week leaving dark colored marks. if you want a faster recovery I suggest you apply a moderate steroid like momeatsone furoate cream.

hope this helps. for any further queries please feel free to contact us. thanks.
