Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating After Intercourse
Hi, I had my first sexual intercourse about 2 weeks ago. on that day, my bf penetrated me just once and stopped. After a week, I had sex with him and this time he penetrated me several times. After the second encounter I have always had a very strong and sharp pain during urination. What is wrong with me? and is it normal?

Hi, I understand your concern. - At the first few intercourse s, the thin membrane on vaginal orifice is torn- causing bruising/stretching of the part ,which gets sore & burns/hurts while passing urine. This is normal. - sometimes there is chance of infection of urethra/ urinary bladder during this phase causing cystitis/vaginal/urethral inflammation/ infection.. -Taking lot of fluids, alkaline mixtures, maintaining good vaginal hygiene heals it most of the times-- may need antibiotics/ anti fungal agents if infection sets in The medicines are to be taken by both sex partners. Thanks.
