Suggest Treatment For Pain And Constipation Of A 3 Year Old
Dear Sir, My daughter is 3 years old and she is facing constipation problem.
1. She is unable to bear toilet pain and frequently she stand and try to control the pain by moving her body.
2. Her Stool is very hard.
We have taken treatment from many doctors but the solution is temporary. Please advise.

Constipation is mainly diet related.
Give plenty of fluids and rich fibre like cereals,green leafy vegetables,fruit,salad.
Avoid all junk food.
