Suggest Treatment For Pain And Discomfort In Hand

hey , about a hour ago, i was walking past my deepfreeze which has a built in lock on it. as i was walking by i hit my hand of the lock between my thumb and my pointer finger.. now my hand is in pain on both my palm and the back of my hand and its like i lost strength in my hand . i can open n close my hand however it does cause pain and discomfort, what do you think happened to my hand and what can i do or take to help take away the pain and fix my problem?
