Suggest Treatment For Pain And Discomfort In Right Arm Due To A Fall
I fell last week on my right arm. I am slowly seeing some improvement, but I cannot straighten out my arm and I cannot lift a feather without pain. I do have some more movement. My elbow had been hot and I have some bruising on the inner arm area. Do I just need to be patient and wait this out? No pain as long as I keep it at a 45 degree angle.
