Suggest Treatment For Pain And Excessive Wax In Right Ear

Hi, I am 25 years old female. I take care of left and right ear with same method but I just have problem with the right ear. Here is my RIGHT ear problem history:10 years old: I have excessive ear wax. Doctor tried to remove it for 7 - 8 times. I feel painful because ear wax is hard and Doctor did not advise me to use any kind of ear drops to make it loosen.10 - 22 years old: I usually use cotton buds or something to remove ear wax myself (I know it s not a good choice now)23 years old: I have my ear checked. Excessive ear wax again. It takes many times for Doctor to remove it although I use ear drops as suggested by Doctor. Very painful while Doctor remove ear wax. During these days, I have ear infection, however, have it treated well before ear wax removal. Finally, I rarely touch inside ear since then.24 years old: I have my ear checked. Excessive ear wax again. Same thing happened. This time I feel the most painful. From this time, I m obsessed being painful by earwax removal. I regularly have my right ear checked regularly (once every 1-2 months). Still got much earwax to be removed, but less painful. And what happened yesterday was: after Doctor tried to remove ear wax, I went home and discovered ear bleeding. I went back to the Hospital to check (by a different Doctor). He said maybe there is scratch inside and there is still a little ear wax. He give me some medicines to take for 1 week. I went home. At midnight, I discover it is still bleeding. It takes more than 1 hour later to stop bleeding. Now, my question is:1. How to take care of ear myself?2. How to have less ear wax in my right ear?3. How to stop suffering from earwax removal? Is it necessary to have it removed after 1-2 months (this is my frequency, because just 1-2 months, my earwax is excessive, hard to remove).Thank you very much.

Hi,
From yout detailed history it seems that you might be having impacted ear wax since long producing all problem.
Usually in this type of case ENT specialist go for syringing for removal of impacted wax.
Now what you can do is put some wax dissolving ear drops like Waxolve or D-wax for some time.
This will loosen the wax.
Afterwards try to clean loose wax with cotton buds or your doctor will remove loose wax by ear forceps.
Take care dust not entering your ears
Ok and take care.
