Suggest Treatment For Pain And Heavy Feeling In Testicles

I'm a 38 year old male who has had dull aches in my testicles for a great part of my life. When I was younger I would get sharp needle like pains, then go away. But then they turned into dull aches for the latter part of my adult life. They went away for a while, but now they came back and the ache has worsen. Its constant and has turned to more of a heavy feeling.

Kindly get done some tests like urine routine examination and urine culture....
along with ultrasonogram for testes and inguinoscrotal region and prostate....and to rule out varicocele....
