General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to haemorrhoids. I would recommend you to use an anti-haemorrhoid for local application such as Preparation H.

I also recommend soaking in warm water for relief. I suggest you avoid constipation. I recommend taking fibre supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
