hello sir im raju 28.i using olive oil to massage my bend penies nearly 2 months suddenly i got a pain in my testicle .doctor said its a spermatocele on right .but my left testicle always down and back to the right testicle no elasticity .right always upperside.give a advice to me

Hi Raju.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Using any oil does not straighten the penis , so stop this.
Get an ultrasonography to confirm what exactly is the problem with the testes.
This will confirm spermatocele, if large get this operated and the Surgeon would be happy to fix the testicle to the scrotal wall ( right one) so that the torsion is avoided - which is making this high up and painful.

The left one is always at a lower level in most of the males , so do not worry about it.

Urologist will always give you the right advise , so have one consultation with him.
