Suggest Treatment For Pain And Numbness In The Leg

hi I had a lumbar fusion cause of numbness and pain in left leg, now have worse pain and numbness in left leg and also right leg hurts and back. had a nerve block and for a week I felt a lot better. but then the pain came back. I would do a nerve block every week if it would always help but had another one and no good. is there something else to try?
